9:07 PM ● S H Min?

I just realized how many career options I have listed in this blog. It's like every post I will have one new job that I can do in the future. Haha! :D

And my screwed name tag is next to me now. I'm going to keep it as a keepsake(:
7:52 PM ● etched in my memory.

I was supposed to post this last, last week after NDP, but didn't get to do that 'till the exams are over (Yes, they are OVER ). Anyway, I think only NCC people will be able to understand this, especially those in NDP, but you can still enjoy it :

"We are the members of the Old Chang Kee.
One curry puff for one-fifty thirty
For those who queue behind us,
Standing tall for all to see.
We are hungry.
We are hungry.
We are so freaking hungry.
Over land,
On the sea,
And in the air.
We are the Old Chang Kee."

Cassandra and me found this super funny, and couldn't stop laughing at it. In fact, I think that was the only time I saw Cassandra laugh so hard in her life. Like, seriously. And for your information, Cassandra actually knows the lyrics to Smack That! Now, that's funny. Haha! XD

Anyway, went off to recce for COALs today. The ride to the campsite was extremely long, and I was late as usual, when meeting with Aliah at the MRT station, but we managed to meet up with some of the other OAIs at the bus stop, and got there successfully ( after walking up the road and back again. ) Well, at least we didn't get lost(: But the best part was when we scaled one of the hills in some big open field near the campsite. I was a pretty horrible climber though, and without Alex's hands to push me up and her constant encouragement, I think I'll just somehow die halfway to the top. Alex is just like a mummy caregiver, tending to our cuts, and helping us wash the dirt off. Haha :3

I was sweating real badly, and I could feel the sweat dripping off my shoulders, but the view at the top was worth it, and I realized that most of us are such cam whores, and really crazy :D Somehow, all the others made it through with clean shirts, and pants, but I was super dirty! I think it's this special talent of me that I can always dirty myself with the mud and soil. Anyway, I got big Chips-more cookies from Tian Qi when we came down, and managed to see some professionals doing natural climbing. After recce, I ate lunch at KFC with Aliah, Rachel, Jin Rong and Hui Sian, despite the fact that I'm probably gonna eat it again next Saturday D:

By the way, I now have another direction in my career - I can be a construction worker and build houses in my muddy clothes! Wow. My life is just getting better (:

10:44 PM ● all for free.

I always thought that abrasions had something to do with broken bones, but now I know better. According to Wikipedia, our free encyclopedia:

"An abrasion is a wound caused by superficial damage to the skin, no deeper than the epidermis."

And if you want to know how it feels to have an abrasion, let me just say that it hurts like hell. You better pray hard that you would never have to experience the pain I went through ):

Anyway, when I returned home from NDP at around 9 plus, my mum was commenting on how I smelled like the repairman that had came this afternoon to repair our air-con. I told her that I
most definitely had a future in repairing air-cons and could carve out a career in that industry :3

And the next time, you see me, I'll be LSM, the air-con repairman! Now, isn't that great? I have my job all planned out for me already, and no, I wouldn't give a discount (:

8:32 PM ● everything's falling apart.

I have concluded that Alex, Tian Qi, and me will never get any work done if we are together. All three of us were supposed to meet at school at 11am, and I was the only one who was early! Tian Qi overslept, and Alex arrived at school six minutes after 11! Tsktsk. Anyway, Alex and I wandered around school and hung around the 'Hip Board', while waiting for Tian Qi to come, but in the end decided to meet her at PP Macs to have lunch instead. Then, all 3 of us waited till 12 pm for the Lunch Hour Special. We were, like, trying to see if the signboards had changed, and the auntie at the counter, who had been beckoning to us for quite some time, said, "2 more minutes!" Haha!

Something to note: Tian Qi eats at a SUPER slow speed, and whenever any lettuce dropped out of her burger, she will pick it up, and dip it with mayonnaise, before eating it. Me and Alex were like laughing at her throughout lunch. Then, we hung around Plaza Singapura, and started exploring the shops there. In the end, we didn't get much work done, which was sad, since the whole purpose of us meeting each other was defeated ): But we all laughed, like, some manics through the whole day :3

Anyway, I think I felt the whole overhead bridge shake, when I was returning home from tuition. It was a funny sensation, and I tried to grab for the railings to steady myself. At first, I thought it was the people running past, that were causing the shaking, but it seemed that nobody else felt anything. I'm either going mad, or have a very bad case of hallucination.

7:46 PM ● go anywhere from here.

Pei Xuan is the best. She specially called me to ask me about partial fractions and the reason she cited was because I'm the freaking Maths Rep, so I should know how to do it. Now, that doesn't make sense, 'cause being the Maths Rep doesn't necessarily mean I'm good at Maths, or even remember what partial fractions is all about. God, Pei Xuan is seriously so amusing sometimes.

Ate a 'Jumbo Cream Puff'' today, and Amreetaa helped herself to it, as usual. It had so much whipped cream in it, that I'm positive I'm going to get fat! And the next time you see me, you wouldn't recognise me, 'cause I'm too fat! Isn't that great? (:

7:55 PM ● sunburnt.

According to my Mum, my face is totally red, and I have rashes which hurt when I probe them. All this from marching for more than 2 km around Nee Soon Camp. God, it's amazing I didn't just collapse, though I seriously felt like my arms were dying, and my feet were getting horrible blisters. But what I most admire is the army contingents and especially the Colours Party for being able to continue on though they were carrying rifles and flags (that weighed more than 5kg according to Cassandra), and were most positively dying too. One piece of good news is that NCC has managed to maintain 0 casualties throughout the rehearsals! :D

Anyway, went to send Hairy off at the airport last night, and had dinner at Swensons. Though both Rachel Toh and Amreetaa who initiated the whole dinner thing didn't turn up, till later when we finished eating. Took lots of unglam pictures with Gloria's camera, and I finally noticed my talent to be a spiritual photographer! I don't know why, but whenever I go to the airport, I get super high for no reason and start laughing like some manic in the middle of nowhere. Going there just seems to make me excited.

I hope Hairy is doing fine in London(:

9:10 PM ● Can you just shut up?

All I can say now is that I'm super irritated. My phone is irritating me, and I think somehow, somebody has been stealing stuff from my pencil case. I can't find my markers when I need them, and I was pretty sure they were in my pencil case before I left school. This is just plain annoying, and now, some wierd person, who I don't even know, is messaging me.

Great. Just great.
